The Cabinet Secretariat Headquarters for the Realization of a New Capitalism and the Japan Fair Trade Commission issued the Guidelines for Price Negotiations for Proper Transfer of Labor Costs on November 29, 2023.
As both a buyer and a supplier, we comply with the twelve behavioral guidelines outlined in the above guidance and strive to fairly price business transactions in accordance with standards shared throughout the supply chain, properly reflecting labor costs in pricing.
